We like knowing what options exist and available to us, which is why we work with a variety of lenders, not just one. Some lenders also have better products and services for certain buyers and not others. Veteran? We have the perfect lender for you. Want to use a down payment assistance program? We have lenders who will help you navigate. The bottom line is we have lenders to fit your specific needs and communication style. Afterall, buying a home is not a one-size fits all process.
How do we choose which lenders are in our ecosystem? 🎯
Every lender in our ecosystem is vetted, licensed and has a long track record of impeccable service in the mortgage industry. We not only personally use each of our lenders for our own home loans, we frequently check in with them to make sure our values and services are in sync and buyers are getting the best experience possible. Buying a home is stressful enough, so we make sure our lenders prioritize education, clarity, and simplicity. They realize this isn’t a single call, it’s a long-term partnership with each and every buyer. If we won’t personally use a lender, we won’t introduce them to you.

We aren’t a lead website that connects you to the next best lender, we do things with intention and alignment. Everything starts with a Nestment planner understanding your goals, concerns, and timeline. Once we have a plan in place we can confidently match you with the right lender for your particular needs. We’ll send them your brief so they can start working with you from a place of alignment and understanding.
