How does Nestment make money?

In a real estate world where fees can feel hidden and margins unknown, we believe in transparency. The more buyers know, the more informed and empowered they become, which is why we are happy to tell you exactly how we make money.
Nestment makes money when you purchase your home using an agent in our ecosystem. We receive part of that agent’s commission. Why would an agent pay us part of their commission? Because we help educate, plan, and prepare buyers to purchase their homes, often with a much higher success rate than buyers using traditional real estate professionals.
Nestment also receives revenue through MSAs, or marketing service agreements, from lenders in our ecosystem. We carefully select all of our partners, and do not connect Nestment buyers with anyone solely on the basis of compensation. Our lenders are fully vetted, licensed, and have long track records of buyer success. The Nestment team personally uses them for their own home loans and refis.
We never sell buyer data to third parties and only connect you with our partners with your consent when the time is right.
